中國(guó)美術(shù)學(xué)院風(fēng)景建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究總院有限公司始建于1984年，具有國(guó)家建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的建筑行業(yè)（建筑工程）甲級(jí)、風(fēng)景園林工程設(shè)計(jì)專項(xiàng)甲級(jí)資質(zhì)、室內(nèi)裝飾設(shè)計(jì)甲級(jí)資質(zhì)、城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃編制乙級(jí)資質(zhì)、市政行業(yè)專業(yè)乙級(jí)資質(zhì)、文物保護(hù)工程勘察設(shè)計(jì)丙級(jí)資質(zhì)，可承擔(dān)資質(zhì)證書許可范圍內(nèi)相應(yīng)的建設(shè)工程總承包業(yè)務(wù)及相關(guān)的技術(shù)與管理服務(wù)。2014年企業(yè)正式通過了ISO9001、ISO14000、GB/T18001三合一體系認(rèn)證，2019年企業(yè)通過3A認(rèn)證。

我院依托中國(guó)美術(shù)學(xué)院雄厚的學(xué)術(shù)背景和豐富的學(xué)術(shù)滋養(yǎng)，以我國(guó)第一個(gè)環(huán)境藝術(shù)系的學(xué)術(shù)目標(biāo)為宗旨，通過“依托學(xué)院、服務(wù)社會(huì)”的總體運(yùn)作方針，利用學(xué)院強(qiáng)大的人才力量和優(yōu)勢(shì)的學(xué)科組群，使設(shè)計(jì)院具備了全方位的民族化、國(guó)際化、時(shí)代化的學(xué)術(shù)視野和研究氛圍。

經(jīng)過多年的努力和發(fā)展，研究總院已形成15個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)分院、4個(gè)外地分院、4個(gè)中心、3個(gè)直屬工作室。每年承接上千個(gè)項(xiàng)目。擁有各類注冊(cè)師140多人，中級(jí)以上職稱700多人，其中高級(jí)工程師級(jí)別以上200多人。人才實(shí)力雄厚，而且擁有一批影響行業(yè)發(fā)展的知名設(shè)計(jì)師，構(gòu)筑成行業(yè)中卓有聲譽(yù)的設(shè)計(jì)鐵軍。

創(chuàng)業(yè)至今，在各級(jí)主管部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)懷下，在自身不斷探索努力下，已經(jīng)具有了相當(dāng)?shù)募夹g(shù)和創(chuàng)作積累，建成項(xiàng)目均獲得良好的社會(huì)反響。企業(yè)先后被授予“優(yōu)秀文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)”﹑“文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)重點(diǎn)企業(yè)”﹑“年度經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展工作先進(jìn)企業(yè)”等榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。設(shè)計(jì)完成的優(yōu)秀項(xiàng)目也層出不窮，多項(xiàng)作品獲國(guó)際、部級(jí)、省級(jí)、市級(jí)大獎(jiǎng)，被業(yè)界譽(yù)為“美院現(xiàn)象”。 

今后，設(shè)計(jì)院繼續(xù)守正創(chuàng)新，牢記使命。將以“五位一體，融合設(shè)計(jì)”為思想核心，實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)劃、建筑、景觀、室內(nèi)和公共藝術(shù)多專業(yè)的融合和產(chǎn)業(yè)延伸。以“時(shí)尚的理念、完美的圖紙、至誠(chéng)的合作”為服務(wù)宗旨，以東方藝術(shù)學(xué)為學(xué)術(shù)支撐，以推動(dòng)社會(huì)創(chuàng)新為己任，堅(jiān)實(shí)地向更為高遠(yuǎn)的目標(biāo)邁進(jìn)！

The Design Institute of Landscape & Architecture, China Academy of Art Co., Ltd., founded in 1984, has been accredited by the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China （PRC） as Class A for construction industry (construction engineering), Class A for landscape architecture design, Class A for interior decoration design, Class B for urban and rural planning, Class B for municipal industry professional， 

and Class C for cultural relics protection engineering survey and design. With such qualifications, the Institute is qualified to undertake the corresponding engineering procurement construction (EPC) of construction projects and related technical and management services within the scope of the qualifications. In addition, the Institute formally passed the ISO9001, ISO14000, GB/T18001 3-in-1 System Certification in 2014, and 3A Certification in 2019.

The Institute has set up an academic perspective and research vibe encompassing all-round nationalization, internationalization and modernization by taking advantage of the China Academy of Art (CAA)'s strong talents and advantageous discipline group, with the strong and rich academic background of CAA as the foundation, the academic goal of the first environmental art department in China as the mission, and "Relying on CAA & Serving the society" as the overall operation policy.

After years of efforts and development, the Institute has established 15 branches,4 field branches, 3 centres and 3 workshops.We undertake thousands of projects every year.It not only owns 131 registered engineers of all kinds and more than 700 employees with intermediate or above titles,among which more than 200 are senior engineers.  but also gathers together a strong pool of talents, a number of well-known and influential designers of the industry included, therefore having been exceedingly reputable in the industry.

Since its establishment, the Institute has accumulated considerable experience in technique and creation, with its completed projects well-recognized by the society, under leaders’ support of the competent departments at all levels and its own continuous exploratory efforts. Therefore, the Institute has been awarded honorary titles, "Excellent Cultural Creative Enterprise", "Key Enterprise of Cultural Creative Industry", "Advanced Enterprise of Annual Economic Development", etc. Furthermore, among its numerous completed excellent projects, many of them have won international, ministerial, provincial and municipal awards，such winning records has been praised as "CAA phenomenon" in the industry. 

In the future, the Institute will continue to be honest and innovative, keeping its mission in mind. With the idea of "5-in-1, Integrated design" as the core, it will realize the integration and industrial extension of planning, architecture, landscape, interior and public art. With the service tenet of "Fashionable concept, Perfect design, Sincere cooperation", the Institute will move on solidly towards a higher goal by taking oriental art as the academic support and social innovation as its responsibility.
