任職資格：

1.土木工程、市政工程、環(huán)境工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學歷，具有相關(guān)職稱或國家資質(zhì)；

2.具有正規(guī)設(shè)計院工作經(jīng)驗，具備豐富的結(jié)構(gòu)施工圖設(shè)計經(jīng)驗，熟悉國家設(shè)計規(guī)范及相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范； 能夠獨立完成園林工程中結(jié)構(gòu)計算書設(shè)計工作；

3.熟練掌握CAD及其他與建筑設(shè)備設(shè)計相關(guān)的軟件。

崗位職責:

1. 負責編制園林景觀規(guī)劃和相關(guān)事宜,把控項目方案的可行性

3. 對行業(yè)建模、渲染及表現(xiàn)手法的最新科技有一定的關(guān)注；

4. 具有較強的團隊合作能力、溝通能力，態(tài)度端正、認真。

3D Artist

Sufficient software skills for 3ds max, V-Ray, Photoshop, Lumion 6.0, Rhino and CAD

The ability to refine image with high quality and high efficiency.

Pays attention to the latest technologies for modelling, rendering or other expression ways in the industry,

Job Descriptions:

1. 4-6 years of landscape design experience, domestic education with an undergraduate or above degree, overseas famous university study background; internationally well-known design institutions working experience is preferred; experience in independent completion of the general scale and normal landscape projects;
2. Familiar with the operation process of landscape design project; understand the design of the project, and have high aesthetic ability and judgment;
3. Be able to think independently about the characteristics of the project; have creative design and performance capabilities;
4. Have good program reporting capabilities, communication and collaboration skills with clients and team members;
5. Work rigorously and pragmatically; good professional ethics and teamwork spirit; enthusiastic about the landscape;6. Skilled in using MS Office, Auto CAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and other related software;

任職要求:

1.本科及以上學歷,室內(nèi)/藝術(shù)設(shè)計相關(guān)專業(yè),5年以上室內(nèi)設(shè)計工作經(jīng)驗;

2.3年及以上知名設(shè)計公司經(jīng)驗,具有主創(chuàng)設(shè)計作品或獲獎作品;

3.具備較強的方案創(chuàng)作能力,熟悉各專業(yè)交圈協(xié)同;

4.具備主導(dǎo)把控售樓中心、酒店空間、商業(yè)空間等業(yè)態(tài)的設(shè)計經(jīng)驗;

5.具備較強的溝通能力,責任心強以及團隊管理意識。

方案景觀設(shè)計師

1. 對設(shè)計抱有極大的興趣，靈活處理設(shè)計問題；

2. 2-4年的設(shè)計工作經(jīng)驗；

3. 熟練掌握CAD、SketchUp、Photoshop等軟件；

4. 必須具備團隊協(xié)作精神，在項目組長的帶領(lǐng)下高效開展設(shè)計工作；

5. 在中國或其他快速發(fā)展的國家中有項目參與者優(yōu)先；

6. 能獨立完成方案設(shè)計。

Landscape Architect

A strong design interest and a lateral and flexible approach to solving design problems,

Preferably 2-4 years of work experience,

Solid knowledge in AutoCAD and a demonstration of SketchUp and Photoshop skills will be required,

Must be a good team player who can work efficiently under the guidance of the project leader,

Possessing project experience in China or other high-pace countries is beneficial,

Ability to complete schematic designs independently.

4.熟悉設(shè)計流程,精通結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計質(zhì)量管理,預(yù)見、分析和解決設(shè)計問題、現(xiàn)場問題的能力強;
